These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website at www.ilovethatgift.co.uk. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Using this website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this website.

1. Introduction

We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this Website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Website. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions after we have given notice, you should not continue to use this Website.

2. Ordering from us

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

We may refuse to accept an order:

(a) Where goods are not available;
(b) Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) If there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d) If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

3. Personalised Items Disclaimer

We cannot be held responsible for any errors on personalised goods arising from incorrectly supplied details. No refunds or replacements can be given for personalised items with incorrect details that have been supplied to us. Any errors resulting from incorrect personalisation by ourselves will be replaced with correctly personalised item/s as necessary without refund (except in the instance where the occasion date has passed we will refund the value of the items that have been incorrectly personalised). Personalisation is at the discretion of the artist who is personalising the item/s. No refunds or disputes can be entered into with regards to differing personalisation in respect of the use of upper & lower case letters, punctuation, spacing or any other aspect of layout or design that does not differ from the actual wording/personalisation supplied to us. Please try to input your personalisation details with correct spacing, punctuation, upper/lower case and any other details that you wish. The layout of any personalised item will be at the descretion of the designer to adhere to the style/design or layout of the particular product.

4. Pricing

I Love That Gift.co.uk is not VAT registered company, therefore no tax has been added to the price of our products, giving you the lowest prices wherever you are in the World!

5. Delivery

Dispatch time: From our receipt of order we aim to dispatch personalised items in less than 10 working days (excluding Bank Holidays and other Public Holidays). Dispatch for non-personalised items is 5 working days or less from placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for not achieving this lead time for reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to: shortage of supplies and materials beyond our reasonable control, postal strikes – delay in postal service, lost orders/orders not received. We will always endeavour to achieve our earliest delivery time.

We give you a 'DISPATCH' time as opposed to a 'delivery time' as we have control over when we physically send out goods but cannot be responsible for achieving a 'delivery' time once they have left our possession. Therefore delivery will vary depending on location, items are sent using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Items to UK addresses should be delivered within 1 to 2 days from posting (this can be longer is some cases). International delivery is by Royal Mail International Signed For, approximate delivery times are: 3-4 days for Western Europe, 4-5 days Eastern Europe & 5-6 days for Rest of the World (these are approximate delivery times given as a guide from Royal Mail & can be longer)

6. Postage & Packing

We have worked the postage and packing charges as follows. For orders to UK addresses there is a standard basic charge of £2.50 plus £0.50p additional charge per item. This means that if you order 1 item you pay £3.00 for Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery, 2 items £3.50, 3 items £4.00 and so on (so the more that is ordered and the heavier the parcel the pricing proportionally increases) The same charges apply to orders to delivery to all other countries, though due to the additional cost of Air Mail the basic charge is as follows: Europe £6.50 basic charge (with £0.50p per item additional charge) USA, Australia & Rest of the World £7.00 basic charge (with £0.50p per item additional charge)

7. Secure Online Shopping & Currency

You will see on the bottom right hand side of the screen a drop-down menu that allows you to change the currency on the site. This will convert all prices to the relevant currency for your selected country. When you procede to the check-out your currency will be converted to GBP (Great Britsh Pounds) and payment can be made. If orders are made outside the UK & Europe then our tax (VAT) is NOT payable and will not be included on your billing details.

Payment can then be made through the highly secure and fully integrated PAYPAL system that is built into our check-out facility. This allows you to pay by all major credit cards and debit cards (where available) with complete peace of mind and the reassurance of the secure & reliable payment processing of PAYPAL.



8. Returns Policy

We only accept returns of items that are damaged or faulty upon arrival. If you have an item that is damaged or faulty please contact us before returning the item/s - as we will issue an authorisation number and only accept returned goods with a valid authorisation number. Please notify us of a fault or problem with your order within 24 hours of receipt. All products are guaranteed to be free from defect, if you should experience a problem with any item please contact us to check if the said product is covered by a further guarantee. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a refund of the full amount. In the event that we accept a return of a non-faulty item/s at our discretion, we will not credit the amount paid for carriage as this part of the contract has been fulfilled.  We also reserve the right to charge 20% of the order value as a re-stocking fee.  Returns that are not due to a fault will also be returned at the customers expense upon receipt. 

The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:
- to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you

The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.

9. Licence

Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by us or our licensors. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, any use of extracts from this Website is prohibited.

No part of this Website may be reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without our prior written permission.

Any rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

10. Notices/Accuracy of Content

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.  This also applies due to the nature and limitations of photography and as such colours may vary from what is shown on the website.  As a result they should be used as a guide only and www.ilovethatgift, Richard Cammish Studio nor any other of our suppliers do not guarantee an exact colour match.

11. Service Access

While we endeavour to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.

12. Visitor Material and Conduct

You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this Website any material:

(a) - that is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience;
